Howard C. Stross
Attorney and Founder of Stross Law Firm
Howard Stross began practicing law over 40 years ago in rural Michigan. He then served four years as general legal counsel for the Rutenburg Corporation, a real estate development company in southwest Florida. In 1989, he opened Stross Law Firm, P.A. in Palm Harbor, Florida. He has been board certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar since 1994.
Dwayne Jotch
Attorney
Dwayne Jotch has been a Real Estate Attorney with Stross Law Firm, P.A. since 1996. He assists clients with a variety of real estate transactions. He has helped commercial real estate owners and investors with multi-million-dollar projects, including shopping centers, office complexes and apartments. Mr. Jotch also represents lenders in real estate and other collateral-secured loan transactions.

Sabrina Casagrande joined Stross Law Firm, P.A. in 2015. Her work focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business planning. Ms. Casagrande also serves as the director of our estate planning maintenance program, Peace of Mind, A Life Plan for Everyone.
