Attorney
Mr. Jotch has been a Real Estate Attorney with Stross Law Firm, P.A. since 1996. He assists clients with a variety of real estate transactions. He has helped commercial real estate owners and investors with multi-million-dollar projects, including shopping centers, office complexes and apartments. Mr. Jotch also represents lenders in real estate and other collateral-secured loan transactions. He can act as title agent and provide title insurance and closing services. He also helps business owners with entity formation, buy-sell agreements, and commercial real estate leases.
